Clients will receive a detailed itinerary describing the different places they will visit and things they will experience, ensuring clear expectations. The safari services agreed upon will be provided, except in unforeseen circumstances like road closures, bad weather, problems, or security considerations. In such cases, the itinerary may be changed, clients will be informed, and alternative arrangements made. Panda Adventures will make every reasonable effort to ensure the same quality and character of the itinerary.
Clients must acknowledge that conditions in Tanzania differ from those in other countries, and unforeseen changes in government-regulated fees and taxes may occur. Panda Adventures reserves the right to pass on these local taxes/fees to their customers as deemed by the law.
