Zablon Mgonja

Zablon Mgonja is a linguist and university professor with extensive experience working in Tanzania, Kenya, the United States, and Uganda. He has dedicated his career to the study and preservation of languages, particularly within East Africa.
In addition to his academic work, Zablon is a devoted family man. He is happily married to his wife Pretty, and together they have been blessed with two beautiful girls, Princess and Pearle. Zablon and Pretty also share a passion for entrepreneurship, as they own businesses in various cities throughout Tanzania. Despite his busy schedule, Zablon always finds time to indulge in his love for nature. Exploring the outdoors and appreciating its beauty bring him immense joy. Hiking, in particular, is his favorite activity during his free time.
Zablon’s deep knowledge of his native country, Tanzania, stems from his upbringing within the Pare tribe, one of the nation’s culturally rich ethnic communities. His familiarity with the landscape, culture, and traditions of Tanzania enables him to provide valuable insights and guidance to visitors. Zablon is known for his warm and friendly nature, making him an excellent friend and companion. He cherishes making new connections and building lasting relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.

George Moshi

George Moshi was born in the picturesque village of Marangu, nestled near the foot of the majestic Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. As a member of the Chagga tribe, he grew up surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of nature, which sparked his deep love and fascination for the outdoors from a tender age.
Not one to let his passion go to waste, George pursued a career as a professional guide, specializing in mountain climbing and safaris. With over six years of experience under his belt, he has become a trusted and sought-after guide in the region. George’s wealth of knowledge and expertise in navigating the rugged terrains and diverse wildlife of Tanzania have made him a preferred choice among adventurers and safari enthusiasts.
One of George’s greatest strengths is his natural ability to make his guests feel comfortable and at ease in the new and foreign environment they find themselves in. Married and a proud father of one child, he values the importance of family and cherishes the moments spent with loved ones.
With extensive knowledge of all routes in national parks and game reserves, Gerson ensures that his guests experience the true essence of a safari adventure. Safety and comfort are paramount to him, and he takes great care in providing his guests with a secure and enjoyable journey.

In her day-to-day life, Ruth serves as an adjunct at the Center for Intensive English Program at Andrews University, where she helps students develop their English language skills.
